Anti-shark pulse kit in demand

Since the recent two attacks in Australia, SeaChange Technology, producer of Shark Shield, has received multiple calls from all states in Australia.

This electronic device emits a pulse to repel sharks at close range. Scuba divers in state government departments, including police and staff are required to use the anti-shark pulse kit.

According to The Australian article on line, Adelaide University tried out the Shark Shield, but left it up to their empolyees when deciding whether to use it or not.
